Zorgo Staff Alerts — SMS Terms & Conditions

1. About This Program

Zorgo Staff Alerts is an SMS notification program operated by Zorgo Inc ("Zorgo," "we," "us," or "our") for authorized restaurant personnel who use the Zorgo platform. The program sends operational, account-related text messages to staff, managers, and owners who have explicitly opted in from their Zorgo account settings.

These terms apply only to the SMS program. Your use of the Zorgo platform generally is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

2. What Messages You Will Receive

Messages in this program are operational and account-related. They are not marketing messages. Depending on the alerts you enable, you may receive:

• Notification that a new catering order has been placed at a location you selected
• Notification that a catering order you were alerted about was changed or cancelled
• One-time verification codes used to confirm that a mobile number belongs to you
• Confirmation messages when you opt in or opt out of the program

Example message:

Zorgo: New catering order #4821 at Amigos Street Tacos (Downtown) for Fri 8/14, 11:30am — 45 guests, $612.00. View: zorgotech.com/catering Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help.

We will not send you promotional or marketing content through this program, and we will not use your number for any campaign other than the one described here.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on catering order activity at the locations you have subscribed to and on which alerts you have enabled. You may receive no messages on some days and several on others.

4. Cost

Zorgo does not charge you for participating in this program. Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to Opt In

Participation is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of employment or of any purchase. To opt in:

1. Sign in to your Zorgo account at zorgotech.com. Accounts are invite-only and are issued by your employer.
2. Open your profile and notification settings.
3. Enter your mobile number and check the consent box confirming you agree to receive text messages from Zorgo.
4. Enter the one-time verification code we text to that number. This confirms the number belongs to you.

The consent checkbox is never pre-selected. Your consent is recorded with a timestamp and can be withdrawn at any time.

6. How to Opt Out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from this program. You will receive a single confirmation message, and we will send you no further messages in this program.

You may also turn alerts off from your notification settings in the Zorgo dashboard. Opting out of SMS does not affect your Zorgo account, your access to the platform, or any email notifications you have enabled.

If you opt out and later want messages again, you can opt back in from your notification settings using the same steps described in Section 5.

8. Carriers Are Not Liable

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider and is outside our control.

9. Supported Carriers

This program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Google Fi, and Virgin Mobile, as well as many smaller regional carriers. Carrier support may change without notice, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Eligibility

To participate you must be at least 18 years old, be an authorized user of a Zorgo account issued by your employer, and use a mobile number in the United States that belongs to you or that you are authorized to enroll. Do not enroll a number that is not yours.

If your mobile number changes or you give it up, please update or remove it in your notification settings so that alerts do not reach someone else.

11. Privacy

Your mobile number and your consent record are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Your continued participation in the program after we post changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
